Hotel Kempinski Moika 22 is looking for a "Bellevue Brasserie restaurant Manager"

Responsibilities:

Planning and fulfillment of plans of sales and meal promotion;
Implementation of service standards;
Expense controlling and reducing;
Participation in the personnel selection and organization of training of new staff members;
Providing for high-quality of cooked meals;
Controlling the observance of sanitary standards and rules by the employees;
To take corrective actions and handle guest complaints to ensure their satisfaction;

Requirements:

Fluent language skills (written/spoken) in English and Russian
Knowledge of additional languages is a benefit
Minimum 2 year experience in premium restaurants/5* luxury hotels in similar position
Good wine and spirits knowledge
Ability to work under pressure
Enthusiasm and confidence with strong communication skills
Attention to details, task focused
Team player and positive attitude
Ability taking responsibility and leadership
